Pranava Builders & Developers is a Mangaluru-based construction studio focused on one thing: delivering residential and commercial spaces that are built to last, not just to sell.
Our Story
Two landmarks. One standard, carried through both.
Every Pranava project begins the same way — with a plot of land in one of Mangaluru's established neighbourhoods, and a commitment to build something that will still feel considered a decade on. We work in close partnership with Lotus Properties, combining their development experience with our own focus on construction quality and honest material choices.
Lotus Pearl in Anegundi, Bejai brought that philosophy to a mixed-use address — 54 residences layered above 32 retail spaces, built for a neighbourhood that needed both. Lotus Gowri Shankar in Urwa took the same standard upward — a 14-storey tower of 42 three-bedroom residences, each designed around light, space, and a view worth waking up to.
Different scales, same discipline: reinforced structures, considered interiors, and amenities that quietly do their job. That's the standard we carry into every address that follows.
